Due to the exclusive and personal nature of House of RAHMANI fragrance creations, all perfume sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on fragrances once an order has been placed.

For apparel and selected lifestyle pieces, exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect item, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
